OUR PRESIDENT
David Wilson has been active in the construction business for more than twenty years. Mr. Wilson has a well-rounded knowledge of every aspect of the construction and development process, from feasibility studies to pre-construction coordination, financing and business strategies. His experience and expertise has earned the respect of his colleagues and clients. Specializing primarily in multi-family reconstruction and property development, he has also undertaken a number of diverse projects from shopping centers, medical suites, movie theatres and other entertainment complexes to multi-million dollar custom homes. Mr. Wilson has won various awards and citations from the Cities of Los Angeles and Santa Monica and from professional trade associations. He is licensed in the States of California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii as a General Contractor.
