Andrew Stanfield began his career working with K&A Construction, where he gained extensive hands-on experience across the construction and design of luxury residences. Over the years, he developed a strong foundation in precision building, refined detailing, and the level of craftsmanship required to deliver exceptional and enduring homes.

AW Builders was created to offer a more personal, owner-led approach to luxury construction. As an owner-operated company, Andrew remains directly involved in every phase of the build – from early planning and structural execution through final finishes. This hands-on oversight ensures each project meets the highest standards of quality, design, and execution.
