The Atrium House

This architectural residence was executed with a focus on precision framing, structural coordination, and system integration. Clean geometry, material consistency, and accurate detailing were maintained throughout, with oversized glazing, skylights, and a central atrium enhancing natural light and spatial performance.

The approximately 4,370-square-foot home includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with an open-plan main level requiring close coordination between structural, mechanical, and glazing systems. Upper and lower levels support both private and flexible living, with careful attention to alignment, tolerances, and long-term performance throughout the build.
