This 5,400-square-foot residence with four bedrooms and six bathrooms was executed with an emphasis on structural coordination, material performance, and system integration. The project incorporates polished concrete floors, high-ceiling spans, angled wood ceiling assemblies, and engineered floating stair systems. Programmatic spaces include a custom kitchen with integrated island, lofted office, wine cellar, and media room. The owner’s suite features a private terrace and steam shower, while exterior work includes a landscaped approach, outdoor fire feature, and a two-car garage. Throughout the build, attention was given to alignment, load transfer, and long-term durability across structural and finish systems.
